Résumé du module 3

Le module 3 décrit les défis auxquels font face les immigrantes et les réfugiées qui s’installent ou se réinstallent au Canada, ainsi que les effets possibles de ces défis et de divers facteurs sur leur santé mentale. Il présente les facteurs cliniques dont il faut tenir compte pour répondre à leurs besoins ainsi que diverses interventions possibles. C’est en étoffant les connaissances au sujet de ces facteurs de risque que l’on peut mieux comprendre les besoins des immigrantes et des réfugiées et déterminer la façon de les évaluer et de les traiter efficacement en leur fournissant des services de counseling et de gestion de cas.
