Implementing antiracism and anti-oppression organizational strategies

Below are some strategies for embedding antiracist and anti-oppressive approaches across your organization.

A practical example of promoting racial equity in the workplace is the PRESS process:

    Problem awareness

    Root-cause analysis

  3. 3

    Empathy, or level of concern about the problem and the people it afflicts

  4. 4

    Strategies for addressing the problem

  5. 5

    Sacrifice, or willingness to invest the time, energy and resources necessary for strategy implementation
